摘要
开发出一种汽油发动机ECU性能检测系统。该系统以工控机为平台,利用I/O卡、波形卡、数据卡、示波卡、USB-CAN和硬件电路构建其硬件环境,利用C++Builder 6.0编写应用程序。系统针对ECU的工作原理,利用计算机仿真技术模拟ECU的工作环境,通过ECU反馈将信号和标准信号的对比,实现其对ECU性能的检测。实践证明:该系统可用于汽油发动机ECU的出厂性能检测。
A kind of performance inspection system for gasoline engine ECU was developed. The system was based on industrial computer, and used I/O card, wave card, oscillometer card, data card, USB-CAN and hardware circuit to build up the hardware environment, used C ++ Builder 6.0 to develop the program. Based on the ECU' s working theory, the system used computer simulation technology to simulate ECU working environment. By comparing standard signal with feedback signal, the system can detect the performance of the ECU. It is proved that it can be used to detect the performance of gasoline engine ECU.
