摘要
设计了一种远程多路图像采集系统,采用AT89S52单片机来控制远程多路USB摄像头视频信号的通断,并通过光纤网线将摄像头捕获的视频信号传输到上位机,由上位机的操作软件来实现图像的采集和显示。该系统在125 MN挤压机轴心位移检测中取得了良好的应用效果。
A kind of remote and multi-channel image acquisition system was designed, which used AT89S52 single chip microcomputer to control the connection or disconnection of the video signal of remote and multi-channel USB cameras, and transmit the cameras＇ video signal to PC through fiber line, then the operating software of PC can acquire image and display image. This system made good effect in the application of the displacement detection for the 125 MN extruder＇ s extrusion center.
