摘要
通常出现传感器故障或误测量时,液位监控系统将失去监控能力。针对该问题,提出了一种具有容错能力的液位监控方法。该容错监控策略利用多传感器信息和简便的诊断技术对故障进行诊断,然后通过流量信息和神经网络来实现液位的容错监控。当出现传感器故障和误测量时,该容错监控方法可以保证液位监控系统依然能有效地进行液位监控。它具有简便易行、不改变原系统结构和不增加额外设备的优点,在稀土萃取生产线上使用效果良好。该容错监控方法也可应用到其他行业中的类似场合。
Usually, a level monitor system would be breakdown when the sensor-faults and error measure happened. In order to avoid the failure of the monitor systems, a kind of fault-tolerant monitor method was proposed. The system faults were diagnosed With the multi-sensors information and the convenient diagnosis method, and then the fauh-tolerant monitor of the systems was completed making use of flux information and nerve network. Using this fault-tolerant monitor method, the capabilities of the level monitor systems were guaranteed when the sensor-faults and error measure happened. The algorithms of fauh-tolerant monitor was simple and easy, with no change of system structures or new equipments. The fauh-tolerant monitor method was successfully used in rare earth extraction line, and could be used to the similar case of other industries.
