汽车制动检测系统主要是完成对汽车行车制动系统和驻车制动系统制动效能与制动方向稳定性的检测,它是检测汽车安全的主要依据。该系统利用了三轴加速度传感器MMA7260作为检测传感器,设计了与之相适应的AD7705检测电路,通过ARM7核心单片机的处理,得到加速度的大小和方向,并用液晶显示器显示出曲线图,必要时可以链接PC机存储。文中详细介绍了该系统的硬件组成、加速度传感器的标定以及对相关数据的简要分析。
The brake detection system of automobile is to detect the performance of service and parking brake system and the brake direction stability. It is the main base to detect automobile safety. The system took a three-axis acceleration sensor- MMA7260 as the detecting sensor. And the paper designed AD7705 detection circuit to match it. The dimension and direction are available by the core single-chip microcomputer-ARM7 processing and can be shown as a curve. If necessary, the system can link PC and the data is accessed by it. The paper introduced the composition of hardware,the scale of acceleration sensor and the analysis for relevant data in detail.
