This paper analyzed some cause that leads to the voltage unbalance of neutral ungrounding system, described the judging method for single phase grounding in neutral ungrounding system. According to the characteristics and principle of PT with 4PT connection, it analyzed in detail the connection of secondary circuit and put forward correct connecting method.
