摘要 主动电磁装甲是一种具有良好发展前景的装甲防护技术,它能有效提高装甲车辆的防护性能和机动性能。分析了主动电磁装甲拦截弹发射器的发射原理,推导了拦截弹的受力方程和运动学方程。为了分析加载过程中拦截弹的运动规律,给出了拦截弹加速过程分析的数值分析方案;编制拦截弹发射过程仿真的有限元分析程序并进行了仿真,得到了加载瞬间拦截弹的速度和位移随时间变化的规律。为了对仿真结果进行验证,搭建实验系统并进行了拦截弹发射实验,结果表明仿真结果与实验数据符合较好。 Active electromagnetic armor can enhance defensibility and mobility of the armored vehicles efficiently, which is a promising protection technology of the armor. The working principle of the Interception Projectile Launcher (IPL) in the active electromagnetic armor was analyzed. The dynamics model and the kinematics model of interception projectile were deduced. In order to analyze the movement of interception projectile during the loading, a numerical analysis method for acceleration process of the interception projectile is given. The finite element analysis code was compiled and simulated for the launching process of the interception, the variation of velocity and displacement of the projectile with time was also obtained. We built up an experiment system to verify the simulation result and implemented a launch test. The result showed that the experimental data are well matched with the simulation result.
