跨越式发展不同于一般的快速发展,而是表现为特定时期、特定阶段生产力发展上的某种"突进",其发展速度、发展质量超出常态。作为一种特殊的超常发展过程,跨越式发展在不同的国家和地区、不同的历史时期有其不同的表现。
Leap-frog development is shown as some ＇advancement＇ of productivity development in special term and stage with extraordinary growing speed and quality different from general rapid growing. As a specific process with extraordinary growing, it has different expression in various countries, regions and historical tenn.
