摘要
以城市交通系统的总出行时间最小化、社会经济效益与生态环境效益最大化为目标,建立在一定土地资源、人口总量、经济发展阈值、生态发展阈值约束下,综合效益最大的城市土地利用与交通系统优化模型。模型的求解是一个循环递进的优化过程,体现了城市土地利用形态与交通系统之间的双向互动、循环反馈的关系。
In order to minimize the total travel time of urban transit system and maximize the economic benefits and ecological benefits, under the restriction of land resource, population volume, economic development and ecological development, the author establishes the optimization model of urban land use and traffic system with maximum comprehensive benefits.The solution method of the model is a optimization process reflecting the circulation feedback relationship between land use and traffic system.
