益口含漱液在百草枯中毒患者口腔护理中的应用

Application of Rosun Yikou Gargle for Oral Caring in Patients with Paraquat Poisoning

目的了解益口含漱液对口服百草枯中毒患者的口腔护理效果。方法21例患者根据口腔溃疡严重程度不同,分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级,给予益口含漱液10～15ml含漱或擦洗,2～3min/次,3次/d。结果口腔溃疡Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者2～3d治愈,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者3～5d治愈。结论益口含漱液对百草枯中毒患者口腔溃疡具有明显的疗效。

Objective To understand the effect of Rosun Yikou gargle for oral nursing in patients with paraquat poisoning. Methods Twenty-one patients with paraquat poisoning were divided into four severity subgroups（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ degree ） according to the dental ulcer degree. They were given Rosun Yikou gargle of 10-15 ml for 2-3 minutes everytime and three times daily. Results The patients with dental ulcer of Ⅰ、Ⅱ degree were cured in 2-3 days,and those with dental ulcer of Ⅲ、Ⅳ degree were cured in 3-5 days. Conclusion Rosun Yikou gargle has remarkable therapeutic effects for dental ulcer in patients with paraquat poisoning.
