中国的民营航空业比外国的民营航空业起步晚,资金投入也较少,低成本模式已成为民营航空经营的目标之一。基于形势,有必要更好地研究世界廉价航空模式的发展规律、现状及运营操作等企业核心流程,通过对比分析,找出低成本模式盈利的关键因素。

Compared with the private aviation industry in foreign countries, Chinese private aviation industry starts late and is short of fund. Therefore, low cost mode has become one of the targets for the management of the private aviation industry in China. In view of the present situation, the paper states that it is necessary for us to study the development rules, the present state and the operation of the western low cost airlines. Key factors of the profitable ＂low cost＂ mode should be figured out by means of comparative analysis.
