浅议建立“强政府”与解决群体性事件的关系

Relationship between Building a Powerful Government and Solving Group Incidents

在社会转型时期,群体性事件日渐增多,已成为严重影响社会稳定的一个突出问题。从"强政府"的角度考察群体性事件发生的原因,提出了建立权威、高效的政府是当前解决群体性事件频发的主要途径。

In the transitional period of society the increase of group incidents has become a serious problem which affects social stability. This paper tries to analyze the causes of group incidents from the angle of ＂powerful government＂ , and proposes that the establishment of an authoritative and efficient government is a main way to cope with the frequent group incidents.
