培养人际沟通能力 增强护生就业竞争力 被引量:31

Cultivating Nursing Students' Interpersonal Skills and Increasing Their Employment Competitiveness

摘要 目的通过培养护理专业学生(简称护生)的人际沟通能力,以增强护生就业竞争力。方法选择2005级99名护理专业大专生,以随机方式分为试验组和对照组,试验组54名护生在原有教学课程基础上增加"与陌生人沟通训练项目"、"即兴3min演讲"、模拟招聘会面试现场、到敬老院参加"献爱心"等活动,而对照组45名护生仅采用传统教学方法,经过2年的培训后,对两组护生分别采用沟通能力测量表进行测试,并对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果培训后,试验组护生沟通能力平均得分96.44分,对照组护生均分93.73分,两组护生的沟通能力得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),即试验组护生沟通能力强于对照组。至2008年7月试验组护生就业率100%,其中进入三级医院28人,占52%;而对照组护生就业率为96%,其中进入三级医院11人,占24%。结论针对护生在校内外学习的不同阶段,在传统教学方法之外开展各种实训活动以加强护生与陌生人沟通能力的培养,增强了护生的沟通能力,有效地提高了护生的整体素质,增强护生的就业竞争力。 Objective To explore the cultivation of nursing students' interpersonal skills and thus to increase their employment competitiveness. Methods 99 Year 2005 junior college nursing students were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group were, on the basis of the original curriculum, offered training in interpersonal skills, including "Program of Communication with Strangers", "Impromptu 3-minute Speech", "Simulated Job Interview" and "Giving Loving Heart at Elderly Home", etc, while the control group were only given the conventional teaching according to the curriculum. After two years' training, the two groups were assessed by means of Interpersonal Skills Scale, and the obtained data were statistically processed. Results The score of the interpersonal skills of the experiment group averaged 96.44, and that of the control group, 93.73, with difference being statistically significant (P〈0.05), which testified to the fact that the interpersonal skills of the former were greater than those of the latter. And the employment rate by July, 2008 of the experiment group registered 100%, with 28 (52%) recruited by Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals, while that of the control group was 96%, those accepted by Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals numbering 11 (24%). Conclusion Cultivating nursing students' skills of communicating with strangers can enhance their interpersonal skills, improve their overall quality and increase their employment competitiveness.
