香港明爱医院中风病人护理模式及借鉴

Nursing Mode of HK Caritas Medical Center for Stroke Patients and its Reference

笔者通过参加专科护士培训赴香港明爱医院中风病房进行了2个月的临床实习,感受到香港明爱医院对中风病人在急性期、康复期及返社区跟进期的护理模式颇具特色。中风病人急性期入住急性中风病房,有跨学科的专业化医护团队提供治疗护理,有明确的治疗及护理指标,有系统的临床路径安排,设有标准的护理程序;中风病人康复期的护理分为住院康复护理和日间康复中心护理,节省了医疗资源,缓解了病房的住院压力;中风病人返社区跟进期继续接受延续性的护理,提高病人回归社区后的生活质量。香港明爱医院中风病人的护理具有规范、整体、高效、连续、重视病人回归社区能力的培养等特点,对我国大陆地区中风护理的发展具有重要的指导意义,值得借鉴学习。培养中风专科护理人才,建立规范化急性中风病房,加强多方面的康复护理,完善延续性护理服务是我国大陆地区可借鉴发展的方向。

Under the training program for specialized nurses, the author has received two months＇ clinical training as an intern in the stroke ward in HK Caritas Medical Center and experienced the uniqueness of the nursing mode for stroke patients for the acute, rehabilitation and community follow-up periods. The acute stroke ward is staffed with an interdisciplinary specialized medical ＆ nursing team, has specific and detailed indexes for the treatment and nursing, a systematic clinical path, and standardized nursing procedures, The rehabilitation nursing includes in-hospital and day rehabilitation center nursing, a practice which helps save social resources and relieves the patient-housing pressure. And in the post-society-returning follow-up stage, continuous nursing is offered in order to improve the patients＇ quality of life. To put it in a nutshell, the nursing in HK for stroke patients is characterized by standardization, integrity, high efficiency, continuity and emphasis on the cultivation of the patient＇s ability to return and belong to the society. This mode plays a pivotal guiding role in promoting the development of the nursing in China's Mainland for such patients and is worth studying and taking for reference. Cultivating specialized nursing talents for stroke, establishing standardized acute stroke wards, strengthening the multi-faceted rehabilitation nursing, and perfecting the nursing servicing of continuity are what the nursing in China's Mainland can take for reference in orientating its development.
