摘要 目的了解社区护理队伍的稳定状况,分析其影响因素。方法用不同的自制问卷分别对株洲市社区护理人员、社区护理管理人员进行问卷调查。结果180名社区护理人员中,61.7%有调离社区护理岗位(单位)的意愿;47家社区卫生服务中心(站)缺编护士234人,近2年内有184人调离了社区护理岗位(单位);社区护理人员的调离意愿与社区护理工作难度大、护士工资待遇低、职称晋升困难等因素相关,均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论社区护理人员调离岗位的意愿与行为率均高,社区护理队伍稳定性差,并受工资和待遇、工作开展难度等因素影响。应根据社区护理人员离岗意愿的情况及其影响因素进行干预,以确保社区护理稳定发展。 Objective To understand the stability of the community nursing contingent, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods By means of different questionnaires, a survey was made with part of the community nurses and nursing management personnel. Results 61.7% of the 180 surveyed had the wish to leave the nursing position or even the work unit. 47 community health service centers were short-staffed by 234 nurses, from which 184 community nurses quitted their jobs in the recent two years. The nurses' wish to leave the job was related to the difficulty involved in the community nursing and the advancement of the professional title, and the poor pay, all the factors being statistically significant (P=0.000). Conclusion The rates of wish to quit the job and the actions are high among community nurses, and the stability of the contingent is poor.
