江南市镇空间结构的演变与特征——以南浔镇为例

作为江南市镇代表的南浔镇,其空间结构大体是在明清时期定型的:元末城墙的兴建引发了南浔镇区中心由南而北的转移;十字交叉的水道走势使南浔镇区布局呈现了"十字形制";自然的水域环境使南浔镇的民居街道因水而设,从而形成了一个典型的江南"水市"。
