Research on the Problems of Rural Cultural Facilities——Based on the Survey of Cultural Facilities in Huzhou's Towns and Villages

农村文化设施既是农村文化建设的物质载体,又是农村文化事业发展的重要标志,更是宣传、教育、组织、发动群众不可或缺的物质条件。农村文化设施建设状况不仅反映着当前农村文化事业的发展程度,而且影响着今后农村经济社会和文化建设的发展速度。全社会都要关心和支持农村文化事业,要利用一切社会力量建设农村文化设施,增加农村文化设施的数量,提高农村文化设施的档次;要牢牢把握农民群众的文化需求,不断创新农村文化设施的投入运转机制。

Cultural facilities are the material carriers of cultural construction in rural areas and an important sign of development in rural cultural cause, furthermore, they are the vital material conditions in propagandizing, educating, organizing and mobilizing the masses. The situation about the construction of the rural cultural facilities not only reflects the current developmental degree of rural cultural cause, but also influences the future developmental speed of rural economic cbmmunity and cultural construction. All the people in the society should be concerned about and support the rural culture construction. Great efforts should be made to construct rural cultural facilities, increase their quantities and improve their grade. The cultural demands of farmers need to be firmly grasped, while the input operating mechanism of rural cultural facilities ought to be innovated continuously.
