198例酵母样真菌感染及其耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解院内患者的真菌感染情况,对其耐药性进行分析,以指导临床合理用药。方法用念珠菌显色平板进行初步鉴定,再使用ID32C和ATB FUNGUS3分别进行鉴定和药敏试验,在全自动鉴定与药敏测试仪(ATB Expression)上读板。结果送检1 045例标本,检出酵母样真菌198株,院内感染真菌分离率为18.9%(198/1045)。其中白色念珠菌140株,热带念珠菌25株,清酒念珠菌13株,光滑念珠菌8株,克柔念珠菌4株,其他念珠菌8株,分别占检出真菌的70.7%、12.6%、6.6%、4.0%、2.0%、4.0%。结论以白色念珠菌感染为主,热带念珠菌和清酒念珠菌其次,3种念珠菌占总分离真菌的89.9%(178/198)。5种抗真菌药物的耐药率以5-氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B较低,氟康唑、伊曲康唑和伏立康唑较高。 Objective To investigate the fungus infections of the patients at the hospital and analyze the drug resistance to guide the rational use of clinical drug. Methods Take the initial identification with the Candidal Chromogenic Agar Plate, then conduct the definite identification and the drug susceptibility test with ID32C and ATB FUNGUS3 respectively, and read the plate with automatic identification and drug susceptibility tester (ATB Expression). Results 198 of the 1045 sample cases had been detected the yeast like fungus; the separation rate of the fungus infection at hospital was 18.9% o In this 198 strains of fungus, candida albicans was the main species, according to 140 strains,and account for 70.7 %, candidal tropicalis 25 strains for 12.6 %, candida sake 13 strains for 6.6%, candidal glabrata 8 strains for 4.0% and candida krusei 4 strains for 2.0 % and other candida 8 strains for 4.0%. Conclusion Candida albicans was the main species among the fungus infection, followed by candidal tropicalis and candida sake, all the three occupy 89.9 % . The resistance rate to 5 anti-fungals was ordinal here..5-FC and AMB were very low, while FCA,ITR and VRC were much higher.
