楠竹叶中黄酮类化合物分离纯化工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用6种大孔吸附树脂对楠竹叶中黄酮类化合物进行分离纯化,筛选出适宜的树脂,并进一步研究了粗提取液质量浓度、吸附时间、洗脱剂体积分数和上样液量等因素对该树脂分离纯化性能的影响。结果表明:AB-8树脂对总黄酮有良好的分离纯化性能,当上样液浓度为8g/L,上样液量为2倍树脂柱体积,吸附时间为4h,吸附流速为2BV/h时吸附效果最好;洗脱液为3倍树脂柱体积的65%乙醇时,洗脱效果最好,经该工艺分离纯化后的黄酮产品纯度可达70.6%。 The flavonoids were separated and purified from bamboo leaves by six types of macroporous absorption resins in order to select the best resin. The influence of the factors to separating and purifying performance such as the concentration of the coarse extractant, absorption time on static adsorption and the volume fraction of eluent were investigated. The results showed that AB - 8 resin was suitable for separating and purifying the total flavonoids in bamboo leaves. The best adsorption effect was happened when the extmctant concentration was 8 g/L, the volume of the upstream solution was 2 times of volume of the resin bed, absorption time 4hr and the flow rate 2 BV/h. The best desorption effect was happened when the eluent was 65 % alcohol with the volume of 3 times of the resin bed. The purity of the final flavonoids product reached 70.6 %.
