摘要
研究结果表明:高温和GA3处理均能有效解除彩色马蹄莲种球休眠,促进其发芽,而其中高温的作用更加明显。"高温(22℃~25℃)+GA3(300mg/kg,15min)"处理对促进彩色马蹄莲种球发芽,解除休眠的效果最好,在60d和80d后发芽率分别达到53.3%和93.3%;并初步明确了球淀粉含量的降幅和种球的发芽率成正相关。一年生种球的最佳促进开花处理为"高温(22℃~25℃)+GA3(200mg/kg,10min)",处理后开花率约为36.7%,二年生种球、三年生种球的最佳处理为"高温(22℃~25℃)+GA3(300mg/kg,10min)",处理后开花率分别为66.7%和83.3%。
The results showed:High temperature or GA3 was good at dormancy release and burgeon promoted for Zantedeschia hybrida tuber, high "temperature(22℃-25℃)+ GA3(300 mg/kg, 15 min)" was the most useful treatment to tuber's dormancy release, after 60 d,the burgeon rate was 53.3% ,after 80 d,the burgeon rate was 93.3%. The experimentation showed in addition: the tubers which starch content reducing more burgeon earlier. High tempei'ature (22-25℃)+ GA3 (200 mg/kg, 10 rain)"was the most useful treatment to one year tuber's florescence promoted, the florescence rate was 36.7%."high temperature(22-25℃)+ GA3(300 mg/kg, 10 min)"was the most useful treatment to two and three years tuber's florescence promoted,the florescence rate was 66.7% and 83.3%.
