摘要
以异丁酸和正丁醇为原料,硫酸高铈为催化剂合成了食用香料异丁酸丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、回流反应时间、催化剂重复使用性及带水剂种类等因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,硫酸高铈是合成异丁酸丁酯高效、经济且环境友好的非均相催化剂,具有一定工业化应用前景。适宜反应条件为:异丁酸0.2 mol,醇酸物质的量比1.2,催化剂1.0 g,带水剂为5 mL苯,回流反应60 m in,收率可达94.8%。
By using cerium sulfate as catalyst, isobutyrate acid and n-butanol reacted to form flavor butyl isobutyrate. Factors influencing the yield were discussed. That conclueded amount of catalyst, reaction time, mole ratio of alcohol to acid, different carrying water agents and repeated uses. Experimental results showed that the catalyst. The best conditions were isobutyrate acid 0.2 mol, mole ratio of alcohol to acid 1.2, the catalyst 1.0 g, benzene 5 mL and reaction time 60 rain, the yield could reach 94.8%. It was the efficient, economic and environmental friendly catalyst.
