摘要
采用酶解辅助热水浸提法用乙醇提取山药多糖,考察了乙醇体积分数、提取温度、固液比与提取时间对提取量的影响。结果表明,山药多糖的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数为70%,提取温度90℃,固液比1∶40,提取时间60 m in。在此条件下,山药多糖的提取量为4.76 mg/g。
Polysaccharides from Chinese yam was extracted by the ethanol through the method of enzymeassisted hot water. The effect of volume fraction of ethanol, extraction temperature material-liquid ratio and extration time on amount of extraction were investigated. The results showed that the optimal process of polysaccharides from Chinese yam was volume fraction of ethanol 70%, extraction temperature of 90℃, material-liquid ratio of 1 : 40, and extracting time 60 min, the extraction quantity is 4.76 mg/g under this conditions.
