两性分子P(AMPSc-o-DMC)的合成、表征及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料,采用水溶液聚合技术,合成了两性分子P(AMPSc-o-DMC)。运用傅立叶变换红外光谱和元素分析对两性共聚物进行了结构与组成的表征;分析了聚合物的热稳定性和抗蛋白质吸附能力。结果表明,当引发剂用量为单体的1.6%,单体质量分数为25%,聚合反应温度为65℃,反应12 h所的单体转化率为96.5%,产物特性粘度在30℃达到4.38 dL/g;产物元素分析显示AMPS和DMC两种单体能够很好的按投料比进行共聚;当聚合物中AMPS为45%,共聚物中的阴离子和阳离子比例为1∶1,蛋白质吸附率仅为0.68%,具有较好的抗蛋白质吸附能力。 The zwitterionic P(AMPS-co-DMC) was prepared in aqueous solution of the amphoteric mono- mere 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and [2-(Methacryloyloxy) ethyl] trimethylammonium chloride. The zwitterionic copolymers were characterized by FTIR and elemental analysis, while the thermal property and the capability of resistant to nonspecific protein adsorption were studied. The results indicated when the initiator concentration was 1.6% ,monomers concentration of reaction was 25% and the temperature was 65℃, the monomers conversion was up to 96.5 % and product characteristics of viscosity was 4.38 dL/g. The monomers of AMPS and DMC can be polymerized well as the ratio of monomers given. When the concentration of AMPS structure unit is 45% ,the ratio of anion to cation is 1 : 1 ,the copolymers exhibit excellent resistant to nonspeeific protein adsorption.
