摘要
建立了HPLC法分离测定L-丙氨酸中主要杂质的方法。色谱条件为:美国astec手性柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为:甲醇体积分数为33%,磷酸氢二钠浓度为0.01 mol/L,pH=6.00(磷酸调节)的水溶液,流速0.50 mL/m in,柱温为25℃,检测波长为200 nm,进样量5μL。方法的建立为生产L-丙氨酸提供了分析测定的新方法。
A method to determine the impurity in L-alanin samples using HPLC was established. The chromatography separation was performed on an American astec chiral column (150 mm ×4.6 mm,5um) using ultraviolet detection at 200 nm. The inject volume was 5 uL. The mobile phase was CH3OH : H2O = 1 : 2 ( volume ratio), including 0.01 mol/L Na2HPO4 ( adjusting with the H3 PO4 to pH = 6.00), the flow speed was 0.50 mL/min and the column temperature was 25℃. The method provided an effective way of monitor for the companies which produce high quality L-alanin.
