摘要
通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)定性分析了异氟醚粗品中的杂质,主要为:CF3CH2OCC lF2,CF3CHC lOCC lF2,CF2HOCHFCHF2,CF2HOCC l2CF3;根据各物质沸点的差异对其进行直接精馏和萃取精馏,产品用气相色谱(GC)定量分析,异氟醚的纯度可达到99.9%以上。
Crude product of isoflurane was analysed by GC-MS,and its by-product were CF3CH2OCClF2, CF3CHClOCClF2 ,CF2HOCHFCHF2 and CF2HOCCl2CF3. Crude product of isoflurane was separated by conventionally distillation and extraction distillation in according to boiling point of each components. Purity content of isoflurane in product after distillation was more than 99.9% by GC.
