碳纤维布加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳性能试验 被引量:1

FATIGUE PERFORMANCE OF CORRODED RC BEAMS STRENGTHENED WITH CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE SHEETS

摘要 完成了粘贴碳纤维布加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳试验。试验结果表明,碳纤维布加固可以明显提高梁的疲劳寿命,减小梁的变形,提高梁的疲劳抗裂性能。因此,粘贴碳纤维布可以较大提高锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳性能,延长锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的使用寿命,为碳纤维布加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的长期疲劳性能研究提供了试验依据。 Tests, including two corroded reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with carbon fiber composite sheets and one corroded RC beams, were carried out under fatigue loadings. It is found that the fatigue life of beams strengthened with carbon fiber composite sheets is greatly improved, and fatigue deformation is decreased, and performance of anti-crack is obviously improved. Thus, after strengthening with externally bonded carbon fiber composite sheets, the flexural fatigue behavior of a corroded RC beam may be considerably improved, the fatigue life of corrosion RC structures may be obviously increased. It sets up the testbase for the study of long-term performance of corroded RC beam reinforced with carbon fiber composite sheets.
