摘要
根据复吹转炉双渣法冶炼的工艺特点,利用吹炼前期(0~7min)低温的有利条件,实现钢液充分脱磷并倒掉脱磷渣后进行少渣冶炼的工艺,可实现在转炉钢水终点磷合格([P]≤0.010%)的前提下高温出钢,减少RH工序的吹氧量,提高钢水的纯净度,生产合格的X65管线钢。
Acorroding to the characteristics of double-slag refining in the combined blowing converter, a process was performed of full dephosphorization and less slag melting after slag pouring - out upon the favourable conditions of low temperature during the early blowing. High temperature tapping could be realized on the premise of end phosphorus being identified acceptability, the oxygen consumption in RH-OB was reduced. The liquid steel with improved purity was qualified to produce X65 pipe line steel.
