摘要
随着舰船业的发展,舰船阀门用高强度N80A合金棒材的需求迅速增加。宝钢特钢在以往航空发动机用N80A合金棒材的基础上,进行了舰船阀门用高强度N80A合金变截面棒材的研制。通过合理控制合金中主要强化元素成分,配合最佳的锻造工艺、热处理工艺,使N80A合金变截面成品棒材的组织力学性能完全满足订货标准的要求。
The requirement for high strength N80A alloy bar for naval vessel valve is rapidly expanding with the development of naval vessel project. On the manufacturing base of N80A alloy bar for aviation engine, Baosteel developed the variable cross section bar of N80A alloy used for naval vessel valve. By properly controlling chemical element, heat treatment process and solution treatment process, the structure and mechanical property of variable cross section bar of NSOA alloy reached the criterion of vessel.
