摘要
数控机床伺服系统调整的好坏,极大地影响了机床的加工性能。数控机床伺服调整主要是抑制机床振动和调整加工精度。基于FANUC数控系统,介绍了伺服调整软硬件的连接,伺服参数的设置和伺服参数调整的具体操作方法。
The NC machine servo system characteristics have a direct influence on the performance of NC machine tool. The aim of servo optimization is to restrain the machine vibration and improve procession precision. Based on FANUC NC system, the software and hardware connection of servo guide was introduced. The setting and optimization method of servo parameters was discussed.
