摘要
为提高曲轴靠疲劳强度和综合机械性能能,曲轴加工时常采用强化措施。从曲轴滚压机床的特点出发,设计了三级变压液压系统,采用了强化滚压与滚压校直相结合的方法,实现了自动定位、强化滚压、光整滚压3个过程,以提高滚压质量和滚压校直作用,对于曲轴圆角滚压系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。
In order to improve fatigue resistance and mechanical behaviour of crankshaft, strengthen measures are usually taken during machining crankshaft. A tert-transformation was designed according to the characteristic of crankshaft rolling machine. The system can carry out three process of auto-location, strenthen rolling and fitting rolling to enhance the quality of rolling and alignment.
