摘要 应用有限元的数值方法,分析了圆盘式磁流变液离合器在不同电流强度下磁感应强度沿半径方向的分布。通过对分析数据进行拟合,确定了磁感应强度、电流和半径之间关系的表达式。并将拟合的表达式代入转矩的计算表达式,最终得出了离合器传递转矩的表达式。根据该表达式,分析了转矩与电流强度、转矩与转速差以及转矩与离合器结构尺寸参数之间的关系。 Numerical method of finite element was applied to analyze the distribution of magnetic flux density of disk-type magne- to-rheological fluid (MRF) clutch along the radius under different current intensity. The relation between the magnetic flux density, current and radius was determined by fitting the data. The fitting expression was substituted in the calculation formula of the torque of clutch and the expression of transmission torque was derived. According to the expression, the relationship between the torque, current density, speed difference and the structure dimension of MR clutch was analyzed.
