摘要
介绍新型滤波减速器的传动原理及结构,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立新型滤波减速器动力学模型,通过Frequncy Finder模态求解器对其进行了数值计算,得出前15阶固有频率和振型情况,找出新型滤波减速器的薄弱环节,得出整个减速器不会出现共振现象、具有很好的动态特性的结论,为减速器进一步优化设计提供依据。
The theory and structure of the new type of filtering gear reducer were presented, and its dynamic model was set up by ANSYS Workbench. The fore 15 ranks natural frequency and vibration were obtained by numerical calculation with Frequncy Finder modal solve tool, and the weak parts of reducer were found out. The result shows that syntonie phenomenon can't occur and it has very attractive dynamic character, which provides evidence for the optimized design.
