摘要
建立游梁式抽油机系统的虚拟样机模型,并以ADAMS软件对其进行模拟仿真,得到悬点运动参数;并根据抽油机四连杆机构的几何和运动关系,推导出了计算公式,其计算结果为生产和设计提供了依据。
The virtual prototyping model of walking beam type pumping unit system was established, and the analog simulation was carried out by the ADAMS software. The center or point of suspension parameter of movement was obtained. According to the geometry and the movement relations of four links motion gear of pumping unit, the calculation formula was deduced.
