摘要
采用有限元法对齿轮泵泵体的结构和受力进行分析,以SolidWorks软件为平台,建立了齿轮泵三维模型。利用SolidWorks中运动学分析插件COSMOSMotion对齿轮泵进行了运动学仿真和分析;利用集成的COSMOSXpress这一有限元分析插件实现在实体造型之后的应力分析;利用插件COSMOSFloXpress对齿轮泵中液体的流动状态进行分析。从而提高了齿轮泵的设计效率。
A finite element method was used to analyze the structure and force of the gear pump body. Taking SolidWorks software as platform, 3D model of gear pump was set up. Using COSMOSMotion software, motion simulation and analysis of gear pump was achieved. By the means of COSMOSXpress, the stress of gear pump body was analyzed. The software of COSMOSFloXpress was used to complete the analysis of liquid flow situation of gear pump, the designs efficiency of gear pump was improved.
