摘要
针对液压齿轮泵的三种典型故障——轴承磨损、齿轮磨损和侧板磨损,在小波包分解的基础上,采用分形盒维数的方法对故障的振动信号进行了盒维数研究计算。结果表明,齿轮泵在不同故障状态下,其盒维数明显不同,利用盒维数可以准确诊断出齿轮泵的工作状态。
Aimed at the three typical faults of hydraulic gear pump, such as bearing abrasion, gear abrasion and sideboard abrasion, based on the wavelet packet decomposition and using box dimension method, the vibration signal with fault characteristic was numerically researched. Experimental results show that the box dimensions are different in evidence under different conditions. The fault pattern recognitions of gear pump are effective and accurate by the new method of fractal box dimension.
