不同剂量锌摄入对SD大鼠主要脏器的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量锌摄入对临床亚健康干预的合理剂量以及高锌对SD大鼠各主要脏器的病理形态学的影响。方法64只初断乳SD大鼠,分性别随机分为4组,即正常对照组、30μg/g组、150μg/g组、750μg/g组。运用HE、TUNEL染色等方法,观察不同剂量锌摄入对肝、肾、心、脑、睾丸等组织的损伤情况。结果①心、肾组织细胞凋亡结果各组比较(P>0.05),无统计学意义;②过度补锌可引起肝细胞凋亡数明显增加,且随锌摄入量的增加呈逐渐增加的趋势,与正常对照组比较P<0.01;③过量补锌可引起SD大鼠海马各区神经元凋亡,且随锌摄入量的增加呈逐渐增加的趋势,与正常对照组比较P<0.05;④与正常对照组比较,过量补锌可引起SD大鼠睾丸生精细胞的凋亡(P<0.01)。结论过度补锌对机体是有害的,应在医生的指导下适量补锌。 Objective To investigate the influence of the main internal organs pathology morphology by the different dosage zinc and find out the effective limits of zinc supplementation for subhealth. Methods Sixty - four Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, 30μg/g group, 150μg/g group and 750μg group; HE staining, TdT -mediated -dUTP nick end labeling, immunohistochemistry were employed to observe the injury of liver kidney heart brain and so on by taking in different dosage zinc. Resuits Most of the apoptesis cells in the liver could be seen in the 750μg/g group which shows significant difference comparing to the group of control (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with normal control group, excessive zinc can cause hippocampal neuronal apoptosis ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and with the increase in zinc intake was gradually increasing trend; Compared with normal control group, excessive zinc could cause SD rats spermatagenic cell apoptosis (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Excessive zinc supplement is harmful to the body, so adequate zinc should be taken under the guide of doctor.
