摘要
在简易通风库条件下观察了果实涂膜后的贮藏效果。结果表明,在简易贮藏条件下,单果涂膜能较好的保持新红星果实的商品外观,有效延缓贮藏期间果实内水分的散失、果肉硬度和可溶性固形物含量的下降,较好地保持果实的口感与风味。
Observate the storage effect after coating in simple ventilated house. The results showed that single coating to maintain good fruit appearance of merchandise, which can effectively reduce water loss inside of fruit, delay slow down of flesh firmness and soluble solids content, and maintain the taste and flavor of fruit over the longer term during the storage period.
