摘要
《燃煤发电机组脱硫电价及脱硫设施运行管理办法(试行)》于2007年4月颁布。文件要求对现有燃煤机组应按照要求完成脱硫改造,其中的核心思想是对脱硫的机组的上网电价提高0.015元/千瓦时,结合新文件的法规对脱硫机组上网电价加价的要求,以300MW、600MW机组为研究对象,把脱硫工艺的经济性同300MW、600MW机组的经济性相结合进行分析。结果表明:随着机组容量的提高,机组的经济性也得到提高。进行脱硫的机组在上网电价提高的基础上能够获得利润。
The Management Rule of Desulfurated Gridding Price and Desulfurated Equipment Performance in Coal-fired Units was published in April 2007, which asked coal-fired power plant to finish desulfurization construction and plus 0.015 RMB/KWh into the gridding price. With the new file, taking 300MW and 600MW units for examples, desulfurization was analyzed combined with the analysis of 300MW and 600MW units. The result indicated that economy of units improved as the capacity of the units grew. The desulfurated units can got profits with the higher gridding price.
