摘要 通过改变亚硫酸铵初始浓度、空气流量、pH及温度,研究了亚硫酸铵氧化过程各影响因素。实验结果表明,亚硫酸铵浓度为0.8mol·L-1,空气流量为300L·h-1,pH5.5,温度为50℃,氧化时间为120min时,亚硫酸铵氧化率可达90.72%;高浓度(≥0.8mol·L-1)的亚硫酸铵要经过6h以上的时间才能被完全氧化成硫酸铵;试验为新型氨法脱硫技术工业化提供了参考。 The oxidation of sodium sulfite was studied via variation of concentration of ammonium sulfite, airflow flux, pH and temperature. The results indicated that when in a solution the initial concentration of ammonium sulfite was 0.8 mol·L^-1, the air flow was 300 Loh^-1, the value of pH was close to 5.5, and the temperature was 50℃, after 120 min the oxidation rate of ammonium sulfite was 90.72%. When the initial concentration of ammonium sulfite was more than 0.8 mol·L^-1, the am monium sulfite was completely oxidized by more than 6 h. The results provided reliable oxidation data for industrial operation.
