Water pollution control engineering experiment teaching was one way to raise students＇ practical ability and creative spirit. In this paper, combined with years of teaching experience, the basis talent and innovative ability were emphasized to discuss the reform of teaching experiment form different point, such as optimized experiment teaching, the reform of teaching methods and experimental aspects of management reform.
