摘要
提出了一种新的唯一电力市场环境下的联合调度模型,该模型将备用与电能协调考虑,在不同的运行模式下自动为电力需求波动或预想事故所造成的供需失衡配置合理的AGC备用与旋转备用,协调了系统的安全性与经济性。讨论了不考虑网络阻塞情况下关键事件机组特征问题,明确了备用配置的责任。构造了一个简单系统,并利用多个算例进行了分析验证,结果表明了所提出模型的合理性与所指出关键事件机组特征的正确性。
In this paper, a novel co--dispatch model is proposed. The new model can harmonize AGC reserve, spinning reserve and power output automatically with different system operating statuses. Then, the optimal decision considering both operating security and economy can be made. The critical event for reserve allocation in non-congestive networks, which can clarify reserve responsibility, is also discussed in the paper. A simple system is set up to test the proposed method. Numerical results for several tests show efficiency of the proposed co--dispatch model and rationality of the way to pick up critical event.
