垃圾焚烧炉炉温控制系统的探讨

摘要 垃圾焚烧是多种燃烧形式综合的过程,焚烧炉的燃烧过程是强耦合的多输入多输出非线性系统。燃烧的稳定性是保证垃圾焚烧处理效果、抑止污染物生成的主要因素,而温度是保证燃烧稳定性的关键参数。基于当前垃圾焚烧炉的控制现状,运用经典的PID控制器,对垃圾焚烧炉的温度进行控制。结合工程实际,开发了一套垃圾焚烧炉炉温控制系统。 Combustion of MSW is a synthetic process of many combustion forms. The process of burning in incinerator is a coupling non-linearity, multi in-out system. Stability of combustion is discovered as main reason to insure the disposal effect of MSW combustion and to retrain the pollutants. Temperature is a key parameter which improves the stability of combustion. According to the status of incinerator control system, a conventional PID controller has been designed to control the chamber temperature of incinerator. According to the process of construction of classical PID control system, a conventional PID control program, which will be applied to stabilize the combustion process of MSW in incinerator, has been developed on the bases of our research project.
