摘要
从闲置知识资源的视角,以组织柔性为中介,探讨了组织闲置知识和企业绩效之间的关系。分析结果表明,闲置知识能够改善企业的能力柔性和资源柔性,提高企业的绩效水平,同时组织柔性对绩效的影响与环境动态性相关,当环境动态性越高时,企业的能力柔性对绩效的正向作用越强,而资源柔性对企业绩效的正向作用越弱。
From the visual angle of slack knowledge-based resources and with the organizational flexibility as the medium, the paper has dealt with the relationship between the organization slack knowledge and the enterprise performance. The analytic results suggest that the slack knowledge is able to better the capability flexibility and resource flexibility of the enterprise and to enhance the performance of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the effect of organizational flexibilities on performance is related to the dynamic nature of the environment. The higher the dynamic nature of the environment is, the stronger the positive effect of the capacity flexibility of the enterprise on the performance will be, but the weaker the positive effect of the resource flexibility on the performance of the enterprise will be.
