摘要
本文首次报道了可用于谷斑皮蠹(Trogoderma granarium)和黑斑皮蠹(Trogoderma glabrum)种间鉴定的线粒体COⅠ基因部分标记序列(883bp),两条序列在GenBank数据库的登录号分别为FJ589736和FJ589737。
In this paper, two DNA sequences （NCBI access No. FJ589736 and FJ589737） were amplified from mitochondrial CO1 gene of Trogoderma granarium and Trogoderma glabrum, respectively. The length of two sequences were all 883bp, which could be used as species -specific molecular marker.
