摘要
为满足航天工程的需求,根据光离子化原理,设计了一种响应快、精度高(10-6)、便携、可连续测试的肼类监测传感器,可用于现场检测有机蒸气和气体。介绍了微型电离室设计和信号检测电路及安装工艺,并给出了测试结果。
Based on photo ionization principle, a gas sensor for hydrazine is designed to meet aerospace industry. The design of micro ionization chamber, signal detection circuits and installation technology is expatiated. Experiment results show that the gas sensor has the advantages of portable, high accuracy (10-6), fast response and continuous test, and can apply in detecting the organic gases.
