摘要
为了满足快速光谱测量的需要,研发了一台光纤傅里叶变换光谱测量装置。介绍了该测量装置的上位机数据采集和光谱复原软件的开发,包括主程序结构和复原算法等。该软件能对干涉信号进行实时采集、处理与显示,所得光谱与标准谱谱型一致,光谱分辨率可以达到0.78 cm-1,能满足实际应用的需求。
A fiber fourier transform spectrometer is developed to meet the commands of the fast spectral measurement. The data acquisition and spectral recovery software for the spectrometer are introduced, including the main program structure and the spectral recovery algorithms. The software can do the real-time data acquisition, processing and show the spectrum. The result has the same shape with the standard spectrum, and the resolution can reach 0.78cm^-1. The software can meet the demands of the practical application.
