摘要
用溶液培养的方法,研究了不同浓度的镍胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发及黄瓜胚轴超氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:Ni2+浓度为0.05、0.1 mg/L时对黄瓜种子的发芽率和发芽势影响不大,而随着处理浓度的升高,镍胁迫对黄瓜的发芽率和发芽势有抑制作用,且抑制作用随着镍胁迫浓度的升高而加强;在低浓度镍胁迫处理下黄瓜胚轴中的SOD、CAT活性有所增加,但随着处理浓度的升高其活性均下降,而黄瓜胚轴中的POD活性和MDA含量则随着镍胁迫处理浓度的升高而增大。
With the solution culture method, studied the different density Nickel to sprout and under the cucumber to the cucumber seed the hypocotyl hyperoxide enzyme (SOD), peroxide enzyme (POD),Catalase (CAT) activeness and malon dioaldehyde (MDA) content influence. The results indicated that, Density in 0.05 mg/L,0.1 mg/When L, is not big to the cucumber seed's germination percentage and the germination tendency influence, but along with the density increase, the Nickel forces to cucumber's germination percentage and the germination tendency has the inhibitory action, also strengthens along with the density increase this kind of inhibitory action. Low density processing, under the cucumber hypocotyl SOD, the CAT activeness has the increase, but along with the density increase, its activeness drops, but under the cucumber the hypocotyl POD activeness and the MDA content but increases along with the processing density increase.
