摘要
以美澳型核果褐腐病菌的6个菌株以及核果褐腐病菌一个和欧洲种仁果褐腐病菌这两种近似种为研究对象,通过对ITS区序列的比对分析,设计了美澳型核果褐腐病菌的TaqMan MGB实时荧光PCR引物和探针,建立了美澳型核果褐腐病菌的TaqMan MGB实时荧光PCR检测方法。设计了这3种近似种的通用引物和探针,用于检测过程中进行质量控制。
The 3 species were studied by real-time PCR approach, including 6 strains of M. fructicola and their similar species, M. laxa, M. fructigena. The primers and TaqMan MGB probes were designed for detection of M. fructicola by analysis of ITS sequences differences. The common primers and probe was also used to control the quality of the reaction.
