摘要 猪链球菌是一种重要的人畜共患病病原。目前,PCR是检测猪链球菌最常用的方法,可以通过扩增猪链球菌特有的基因片段(cps、gdh)等鉴定出猪种链球菌,然而很多新分离的菌株还无法用PCR方法进行鉴定。新的分子生物学检测方法在基因的水平上,对猪链球菌新分离菌株进行定型和阐述猪链球菌毒力株与无毒力株之间的差别的运用发展越来越快。 Streptococcus suis is pathogen of important human and animals. At present, PCR method of commonly detect Streptococcus suis, detection of Streptococcus suis by amplifing unique gene fragment (cps, gdh), however the new separated strain is also unable detection by PCR. Application of the new molecular biology detection method which carried on detecting new separated strain and difference between virulence and not virulence of streptococcus suis in the geue level is become quicker.
