摘要
[目的]探讨老年人肱骨近端骨折脱位的有效治疗途径。[方法]:对16例75岁以上老年人肱骨近端骨折脱位患者,在臂丛麻醉下整复骨折和脱位;并给予微创手术:经皮穿针内固定;术后结合短期外固定;术后治疗均使用中医药为主要治疗手段。[结果]骨折全部愈合,经6个月～2年随访,后期疗效满意。[结论]中西医结合治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折脱位能促进骨折愈合,促进功能最大限度恢复。
[Objective] To explore effective method for the elderly＇s proximal humerus fracture and disposition. [Method] Make re position under brachial plexus anesthesia to 16 cases, and tiny-cut operation as well： internal fixation by percutaneous needle, shot external fixation after operation, take mainly TCM method after operation.[Result] All fractures were cured; after followed up for 6m-2years, the later cure effect was satisfying. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM can promote fracture cure and maximal recovery of function for senile persons＇ proximal humerus fracture and disposition.
