潘子毅骨性关节炎方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床经验

Mr. Pan Ziyi's Clinical Experience in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis with Concerned Formulae

[目的]探讨潘子毅骨性关节炎经验方在膝骨性关节炎治疗中的临床应用。[方法]对186例263个膝关节骨性关节炎采用潘子毅骨性关节炎经验方加减治疗。[结果]参照Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准显效128例;有效89例;进步27例;无效19例。有效率82.5%。[结论]潘子毅骨性关节炎经验方是一种治疗膝骨关节炎较为理想的保守治疗方法之一。

[Objective] To discuss the clinical application of Mr. Pan Ziyi＇s recipe on knee osteoarthritis. [Method] Administer his revised recipe to 263 knees of 186 cases.[Result] Referring to Lysholm knee functional grade standard, 128 cases had marked effect, 89 had effect, 27 were improved, 19 had no effect, the total effective rate was 82.5 %. [Conclusion] Pan Ziyi＇s recipe is one of ideal conservative methods for knee osteoarthritis.
